Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Travel With Usman. These Terms & Conditions govern all travel arrangements, tour packages, transport bookings, and accommodation services provided by us—including fixed group departures and customized itineraries across Northern Pakistan.
By booking a journey with us, you agree to comply with our policies regarding booking confirmations, payment schedules, itinerary changes due to mountain weather, and travel safety responsibilities. Please review these terms carefully to ensure a seamless and transparent travel experience.
1. Scope of services
Travel With Usman arranges travel planning and tours for destinations listed on its website: Naran Kaghan tour packages, Swat, Kalam and Malam Jabba tours, Skardu and Bashu Valley tours, and Neelum Valley tours. Depending on the confirmed package, services may include route planning, transport, accommodation arrangements, sightseeing and trip assistance. Only services named in the written itinerary or quotation are included. Optional activities, local jeep rides, meals, entry tickets and personal expenses are excluded unless stated otherwise.
2. Enquiries and booking confirmation
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation requires written acceptance of the dates, group size, itinerary and inclusions, plus any advance payment stated in the quotation. Before paying, obtain written details of the price, transport, accommodation, meals, exclusions and cancellation terms.
3. Prices and payments
Prices apply to the dates, group size, services and currency in the quotation. Before confirmation, they may change due to supplier rates, availability, taxes or package conditions. Payment dates, methods and any transfer or gateway charges will be stated before payment. Only confirmed inclusions are provided.
4. Weather forecasts and mountain conditions
We use available weather forecasts, relevant weather resources and local route updates to plan each journey. Our team combines these updates with destination knowledge to advise travellers before and during a trip. Since mountain weather and road access can shift, we keep itineraries flexible, share significant updates and discuss practical route or sightseeing alternatives when needed. Contact us before departure for the latest information. If conditions affect a confirmed service, we explain options and follow the package arrangements and applicable law. This helps travellers make informed decisions about their travel dates.
5. Itinerary, transport and accommodation
Mountain itineraries are estimates and may change because of weather, road access, traffic, closures, safety or local operating conditions. On a Naran Kaghan tour, visits to Saif-ul-Malook Lake, Lulusar Lake and Babusar Top depend on seasonal access and current conditions. A local jeep ride is a separate cost unless expressly included. Vehicles are for the confirmed route and schedule, not unlimited private use. Hotel, room occupancy and meal details must be confirmed in writing. If a named hotel or vehicle becomes unavailable, we may propose a comparable alternative and explain any price difference for your approval before proceeding.
6. Changes, cancellations and weather-related disruption
Each package’s cancellation and refund schedule, deadlines and any non-recoverable supplier costs will appear in its written quotation or confirmation. Send change or cancellation requests in writing to Travel With Usman at [email/WhatsApp]; changes depend on availability and may affect price. If weather, a road closure or another event outside reasonable control disrupts a trip, we will explain the issue and discuss practical, safe alternatives, such as changing the route or sightseeing order. If a booked service cannot be provided, replacement, credit or refund will follow the confirmed package terms and applicable law. This page promises no fixed refund percentage. A traveller’s decision after receiving an update does not remove rights under the booking terms or law.
7. Traveller responsibilities and safety
Arrive at the agreed departure point on time, follow safety instructions and carry valid identification and personal medication. Consider your fitness for mountain travel and tell us about needs affecting arrangements. Travellers are responsible for belongings and costs from missed departures or personal changes. We may change or stop an activity for safety and will explain material changes and available options promptly where reasonably possible.
8. Third-party providers
Hotels, transport operators and jeep providers may deliver parts of a trip; their availability can affect plans. We take reasonable care in arranging confirmed services but cannot guarantee conditions outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights under applicable law.
9. Contact and updates
Read these terms together with the confirmed quotation and itinerary. If they conflict, the package-specific written confirmation governs that booking to the extent permitted by law.
